The New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) acting on behalf of New York City and in partnership with the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (NYCDPR), is seeking a consultant or consultant team for construction management and other consultant services for the rehabilitation, reconstruction, and improvement of sections of the Bobby Wagner Walk between East 94th and East 107th Streets and between East 117th and East 124th Streets; and the demolition and reconstruction of the 107th Street Pier.

Optional Informational Session

An optional informational session will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 10:00A.M. in-person at One Liberty Plaza, 14th Floor, New York, NY and virtually via Microsoft Teams. In-person attendance is very limited. Only one representative from each entity will be allowed to attend in-person, others may join virtually. Those who wish to attend in-person should RSVP by email to 107thStPierBWW@edc.nyc on or before April 2, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. RSVP for virtual attendance is not required. Inquiries

Respondents may submit questions and/or request clarifications from NYCEDC no later than 5pm on Friday, April 12, 2024. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFP should be directed to 107thStPierBWW@edc.nyc Answers to all questions will be posted by Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFP will not be accepted after 5pm on Friday, April 12, 2024, however, technical questions pertaining to downloading and submitting proposals to this RFP may be directed to RFPREQUEST@edc.nyc on or before Thursday, May 2, 2024.
