For the 2024 Holiday Season, the City of New Rochelle seeks to enhance, unify, and grow the previous year’s successful holiday lighting experience. In essence, the City is looking for a step up - to redeploy the decor that we already own and to augment with fresh designs while also expanding to other sections of the City to brighten these areas. To do so, the City of New Rochelle seeks the services of a qualified and experienced holiday lighting designer.

A pre-submittal conference call regarding this RFP will be hosted on March 07, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Attendance on this call is not mandatory, but is highly encouraged.
