Description:

INTENT

The City of New Rochelle seeks proposals for a long-term lease (with or without option to buy) of a prefabricated

modular office space with associated access ramps and steps as shown on the attached sketch. This building will be used

by the City Sanitation Departments at 85 Beechwood Ave in New Rochelle, New York. Commercial/industrial grade

finishes are required. Refer to attached Site Plan for proposed trailer installation location.

Installation shall be completed no later than April 14, 2023.
