The City University of New York is now inviting proposals from firms that meets the minimum qualifications at Part 2; Paragraph 1 of this RFP to operate and manage a CUNY student residential housing facility project (“Project”). While more detailed information on the Project is provided in this RFP, in general, the Project is located on the campus of Queens College (“Queens College” or the “College”) and is designed to house approximately 506 students, in both two and four bedroom shared suite fully furnished units, and with amenity space.

If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please carefully read and review the submission requirements as per the attached RFP document.

Any procurement resulting from this advertisement shall be subject to New
York State Appendix A, CUNY Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and/or
a standard CUNY Agreement.

Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k”
