NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that sealed offers for the sale of the following surplus will be received by the Senior Purchasing Agent of the Town of East Hampton, at the Purchasing Department Office, Town Hall, 159 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, New York no later than 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud:
Surplus Oyster Seed 2023

This surplus seed is sold “AS IS AND WHERE IS”. The Town makes no warranty either expressed or implied.
Specifications may be examined and obtained at the Office of the Senior Purchasing Agent between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays or email jcarroza@ehamptonny.gov
or purchasing@ehamptonny.gov beginning Thursday, April 6, 2023.
Each proposal must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid package, in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder, and the bid name marked clearly on the outside of the envelope. A bid deposit of 10% of the amount bid and a Certificate of Non-Collusion must accompany all bid submissions.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all offers.
