LICENSE TO UTILIZE AGRICULTURAL LAND ON

22 FARMHOUSE LANE

A Request for Proposals Package EH2022-105 for a License to Utilize Agricultural Land on 22 Farmhouse Lane may be obtained from the Office of the Senior Purchasing Agent by emailing: jcarroza@ehamptonny.gov or purchasing@ehamptonny.gov between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, beginning Thursday, September 28, 2023.

All bidders are strongly urged to attend a site visit meeting for the License to Utilize Agricultural Land on 22 Farmhouse Lane to be held on the property, located at 22 Farmhouse Lane, East Hampton, NY, on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.

Sealed proposals, on the forms provided in the RFP package, shall be received by the Senior Purchasing Agent of the Town of East Hampton, Town Hall 159 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, New York no later than 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, October 26, 2023.

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
