The New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) seeks contractors to provide psychiatric services for juvenile delinquent youth and youthful offenders residing at Brentwood Residential Center, Brookwood Secure Center for Youth, and Goshen Secure Center.

There are three (3) positions available in this opportunity. Psychiatrists (Lot 1) and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PNP) (Lot 2) who meet the minimum qualifications are eligible to bid on any or all positions. Please see Section 4.1 Method of Award for details on how the awards will be made.

Please Note: All services covered under this procurement are expected to be delivered in-person (unless stated otherwise). OCFS reserves the right to allow for telepsychiatry services, at its sole discretion, when it is determined to be in the best interest of the State. The determination to allow for telepsychiatry services will only be made during the course of contract service delivery, not during the bidding process. If telepsychiatry services are allowed during the contract by OCFS, all required services to youth as indicated in Section 3.2 Product/Service Specifications and Section 3.3 Delivery of this IFB are expected to be delivered.

There is a maximum bid rate for this procurement of $400 per hour. The lowest cost qualified provider(s) will be awarded. Any bid proposal submitted that exceeds the maximum bid rate limit will not be considered for an award.

There are three (3) positions available:

• Brentwood Residential Center, 1230 Commack Road, Dix Hills, NY 11746 has one (1) available position with a total number of routine hours not to exceed 1,008 per year. It is anticipated the awarded psychiatrist or PNP will work approximately 84 hours per month.

• Brookwood Secure Center for Youth, 419 Spookrock Road, Claverack, NY 12513 has one (1) available position with a total number of routine hours not to exceed 1,008 per year. It is anticipated the awarded psychiatrist or PNP will work approximately 84 hours per month.

• Goshen Secure Center, 97 Cross Road, Goshen, NY 10924 has one (1) available position with a total number of routine hours not to exceed 1,008 per year. It is anticipated the awarded psychiatrist or PNP will work approximately 84 hours per month.
