Description: Oswego Housing Development Council, Inc. is the subrecipient for a grant to install for Redfield Apartment located at 7 School Road, Redfield, N.Y. This will include a poured concrete pad to set generator upon and electrical to hook up to automatic generator and propane tank. The generator will be 18KWH 120/240V Single Phase channels for the 6 unit apartment complex for emergency lighting, heat. Installation and electrical equipment, concrete pad, hook up propane tank and all connections must be based on Davis bacon Prevailing Wage rates.
