The University at Buffalo is submitting this invitation for Bid for High Quality Printing-Commencement Booklets. The Contractor shall enter into a written Contract for printing of commencement booklets for multiple schools at the University. The vendor must follow all page layout specifications, exactly, along with Forest Stewardship Council certification guidelines, and imprint the correct FSC logos as appropriate. The vendor will pick up and deliver manuscripts, proofs, etc in all stages of productions and deliver all finished commencement booklets in accordance with the Production schedule in Section II.2
