Sealed bids for the following contract will be received by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in the office of the Chief Procurement Officer, Attn: Bid Custodian, 4 World Trade Center, 150 Greenwich Street, 21st Floor, New York, NY 10007, until 2:30 PM on the date indicated where the bids will then be publicly opened and read in the Bid Room.
Contract documents may be seen at the Contract Desk on the 1st Floor, 2 Montgomery Street, Jersey City, NJ and may be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $100.00 per set. If contract documents are not immediately available, prospective bidders are encouraged to pre-order the contract documents by sending the payment of $100.00 per set in advance. The contract documents will be shipped by overnight delivery at no additional cost as soon as they become available. Only company checks or money orders payable to the order of The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey will be accepted. Contract MFA-944.485 – Newark Liberty International Airport and Teterboro Airport - General Building and Site Work Via Work Order. Estimate Range $5M - $10M. Bids Due: Tuesday, April 2, 2019. The work under this contract consists generally of miscellaneous facility improvements, including repair, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of various interior and exterior building systems and site work including landside and airside concrete and asphalt paving; landscaping; concrete pads, sidewalks and curbs; concrete crack repair and sealing; irrigation; pavement markings; aeronautical lighting, signage and signals; electrical and communications duct banks and wiring; drainage structures and piping; exterior screening, exterior demising walls, and fencing; and related work at Newark Liberty International Airport and Teterboro Airport, New Jersey, all as directed by the Engineer and in accordance with Work Order(s) as issued by the Engineer.
