SUNY Empire State College is looking for a cloud-based, public web accessible software as a service platform, which manages the collection of scholarship applications from registered students; submission of references and reviews from faculty members and other individuals both internal and external; automatic screening and qualification of applications for specific scholarship opportunities; publicly-available directory of scholarship opportunities and donor profiles; collection of post-acceptance information from scholarship recipients; and processing of scholarship awards by Student Accounts and Financial Aid Offices.

Service package must include:

• Hosting for up to 200 scholarship opportunities
• Ability to customize eligibility criteria and application requirements for each opportunity
• Collection of unlimited student records/applications
• Multiple system administrators and/or administration roles
• Integration with Banner Document Management software (Ellucian ETHOS platform) to establish nightly automatic import of student record data
• Single sign-on utilizing Azure SAML/AD which integrates with college IT security protocols
• Reporting capability on user data, opportunity and award data, and scholarship applications/recipient data
• Remote technical support for site administrators
• Three-year contract with renewal options for two additional years
• Please include in your proposal a cost structure for a yearly subscription for years 1-3
