A Request for Proposal (RFP) is being released by the Faculty Student Association of the State University of New York at Stony Brook Inc., hereinafter referred to as (FSA), a 501 (C)(3) not-for-profit educational corporation that provides auxiliary services on the Stony Brook University Campus existing under the laws of the State of New York and having its office and principal place of business located at West Side Dining, Stony Brook University, Stony Brook, New York 11794-4460.

FSA uses a Bonfire portal for accepting and evaluating proposals digitally.

Bidders are expected to be highly qualified certified public accounting firm providing professional audit services. The Agreement term will be required for five (5) years. Bids will be evaluated on the information provided in the bid proposals and quotes. The contract will be awarded to the Bidder who FSA, in its sole discretion, determines to be best qualified to fulfill the desired Contract. FSA reserves the right to reject any and all bids in the best interest of SBU. FSA is SBU’s not-for-profit auxiliary services corporation that will hold the Agreement being sought in this RFP with the successful Bidder. Neither the State of New York, State University of New York (SUNY), nor Stony Brook University, will be parties to this Contract.
