High Density Shelving System
Description:

SUNY Upstate Medical University (SUNY Upstate) intends to purchase the below described commodity/product and/or service, pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6) and NYS Education Law §355(5) (a). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified as a Minority or Women Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the below described commodity/product and/or service, you must contact the appropriately designated Hospital contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice. Contacting any other individuals at SUNY Upstate in connection with this advertisement may constitute a violation of New York State Finance Law.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.

Successful contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms.

Successful contractor shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a.

(8) each 24" deep x 60" wide x 74" high (plus height of skate) shelving units with sides and backs

Floor V-Track system with end stops and accessories.

Heavy Duty Gliding Skates

Bottom & Top shelf liners

Push handle 24" chrome.

4 Dividers per basket,

(3) Cart Covers - 400D Nylon with overlapping clear slats, includes ties and handle holes to fit 60" wide x 24" deep x 74" H units

Along wall:

1 section Chrome 24" deep x 36" wide x 74"H , 6 baskets, dust cover and bottom shelf, casters, 4 Dividers per basket

2 sections Chrome 24" deep x 48" wide x 74" H, 6 baskets, dust cover and bottom shelf, casters, 4 Dividers per basket

1 Suture Cart, Chrome 18" deep x 36" wide x 69" H, 5 levels, casters, shelf liner top and bottom, 5 Dividers per shelf

Additional 22' length of wall to have 4 sections 24" D x 60" W x 74" H, each with 7 baskets - 4 straight and 2 angled per unit, liners, dust cover and bottom shelf, 9 dividers per basket, casters.

(3) each 18" deep x 72" wide 6 shelves,

(3) each 24" deep x 60" wide 6 shelves,

(3) each 24" deep x 72" wide 6 shelves, sides, backs

Floor V-Track system with end stops and accessories.

Heavy Duty Gliding Skates, Wing Kit, Bottom & Top shelf liners, push handle 24" chrome. 4-5 dividers per opening depending on shelf width.

Along Walls: 1 section 24" deep x 48" wide, 6 shelves, sides, back, casters, shelf liner top and bottom

2 sections 24" deep x 60" wide, 6 shelves, sides, backs, casters, shelf liner top and bottom

2 sections 24" deep x 72" wide, 6 shelves, sides, backs, casters, shelf liner top and bottom

All posts/uprights 74" Tall before casters

Clear Label holder the width of shelf or basket for all openings.

Dividers for every 12" of width unless otherwise specified.
