The New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) is soliciting quotes to procure a responsive and responsible Contractor to provide renewal of Granicus Communications Cloud subscription for a 1-year period..

This procurement is being undertaken in accordance with New York State Finance Law, Article XI, Section 163(6), and is limited to New York State businesses certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) pursuant to Article 17-B of the New York State Executive Law.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139-& 139-k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.

Successful contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS “Worker’s Compensation and Disability Forms”. Successful contractor shall also be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law §139-j and 139-k, and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a.

The purpose of this procurement is for a Contractor to provide renewal of Granicus Communications Cloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription to allow DFS to continue fulfilling agency requirement to conduct bulk outreach and improve communications with DFS regulated entities and the public, by using e-mail, SMS/text messages, RSS feeds, and social media integration.

One year subscription renewal, for Communications Cloud, product #DCM-GD-258B (quantity of 1) with a term of March 25, 2023 through March 24, 2024.

Quotes may be submitted to RFP@dfs.ny.gov and are due no later than Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 12:00 PM.
