Description of goods to services to be bid:

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to invite external stakeholders to review and comment on several key changes and focus areas of the forthcoming 2023 Tier 1 solicitation, RESRFP23-1. Through this RFI, NYSERDA is seeking information from interested stakeholders, including large-scale renewable energy project developers and owners, renewable energy system equipment manufacturers and supply chain partners, domestic steel mills and steel component manufacturers, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms, agricultural stakeholders, labor stakeholders, project host municipalities, industrial development agencies (IDAs), disadvantaged communities, minority- and women-owned business enterprises (MWBEs), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs), other public or private stakeholders and members of the general public. Stakeholders responding to this RFI are referred to throughout as “Respondents.” Stakeholders intending on submitting Bid Proposals to RESRFP23-1 are referred to throughout as “Proposers.”
