Next week Warren County, NY is putting out bid WC 47-23 – Warren County Courts – Phase 4 Renovations, Town of Lake George, Warren County, NY.

This project falls under Wick’s Law meaning each trade must be separately bid. If you will be bidding multiple trades, each submission will need to be dropped off to my office in a separate sealed envelope. Please mark company name and trade. Do not staple any pages. Please use binder clips.

There is no mechanical (HVAC) trade for this project.

If you are interested in receiving the free project manual and drawings, please fill out the first page of the attached Invitation to Bid and send back by fax or email. Project manual & drawings will be available next week (7/26/23).

This is the only information I have as the project manual and drawings are with the Engineers for final completion.
