Description: Request for Qualifications SUCF# 181005-Replace Chiller-Ives Hall Request for Qualifications Cornell University is seeking proposals from consultants to provide design and construction administration services. Project Description The main purpose of this project is to replace Chiller-1, associated heat exchanger (HX-4) and the main building pump (P-1) located in the mechanical space of the Northeast corner of Ives Hall (1009). This will require the full replacement of the old chiller with a newer, more efficient model with redundancy, the full replacement of P-1 and HX-4, and associated controls. The existing chiller serves cooling coils in Air Handling Units (AHU)'s AC-1 and AC-1A which serve Catherwood Library Archives where reliable space conditioning is critical. Scope of Services The services indicated below shall include, but not be limited to:

Consultants are required to ensure that good faith efforts are made to include meaningful participation MBE, WBE, and SDVOB goals are listed in the New York State Contract Reporter (NYSCR) ad. The consultant shall provide a Subconsultant Staffing List for the project using the form attached to the NYSCR ad. This subconsultant staffing list shall include the percent of work to be completed by each subconsultant and indicate whether each subconsultant is a MBE, WBE, or SDVOB. References References will be contacted as part of the evaluation process. When submitting references, the following information shall be included:
