Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase Stryker Ortho power tools and accessories from a contract Vizient contract MS6923 dated 10/01/2018 - 09/30/2023 awarded pursuant to their authority under section 163(3)(vi), which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell the equivalent items products may, if interested, contact the Officer listed below to discuss the procurement. Concurrent with GPO contract period 10/01/2018 through 09/30/2023. In the event that contract# MS6923 is extended, SUNY Stony Brook reserves the right to extend the resulting agreement for the same term
