Bids are requested for the following Single Prime Contract:

General Construction:
A Pre-Bid conference shall be held at the project site, 10 West Main Street, Waterloo, NY 13165, at 1:00 P.M., local time, on November 17th 2022 for the purpose of considering Bidders’ questions.

The Engineer for the Project is: Lakeside Engineering, 83 Fall Street, NY 13148.

Bidders for Prime Contract Work may obtain Contract Documents upon payment of a deposit $50 per set. (make check payable to Healthy Kids Extended Day Programs).

Any Bidder upon returning such set in good condition within fifteen (15) days after Bid opening will be refunded the deposit.
