The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the above referenced project.

Corey Student Union is a Hall is a four-story, approximately 90,000 GSF building constructed in 1967. The building provides meeting and assembly space, offices, and food services to the campus. The project will modernize the facility for use by campus students, faculty, and staff.

The Project will provide a comprehensive renovation of most of the building including replacement of the roof, windows, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The project will include advanced energy savings measures including a geo-thermal well field. The Project will also include the removal of hazardous materials and will meet current code and ADA requirements.

The approximate construction value is $70,000,000.
