Binghamton University is posting the following Request for Information (RFI) for our residential students' television/entertainment streaming services. The University is committed to partnering with an external vendor to provide a unique and exceptional service to our campus community.

Requirements:

• Ability to stream to 7,500-8000 residential students
• Provide a diverse channel and/or content line up. The mode may be live, on demand, or a mix of the two.
• All equipment required to deliver the service up to a defined demarcation point (i.e. the campus network) will be provided, maintained, and serviced by the vendor.
• Ability to restrict usage by IP address or user authentication. Services will be limited to residential spaces.
• Provide a detailed list of equipment/systems that will be used to provide the service.
• Provide a detailed description of the customer service available and remote monitoring availability.
