The University at Buffalo is issuing an IFB for an Audio Visual Solution for the Foster Hll at the University at Buffalo's South Campus.

A site Visit is Required to submit a bid. Failure to attend the pre-bid site visit will result in the rejection of your bid. The purpose of the conference is to answer questions, tour the sites, and provide further clarification as may be required. Please hold all questions until this meeting.

Pre-Bid Site Visit Date: Tuesday, October 17th, 2023

Time: 10:30 AM EST

Location: Foster Hall, 300 Hayes Road, Buffalo, NY 14214 (Meet and the front door of Foster Hall)

Hard hat, eye protection, and sensible shoes required.

Please park in the Allen Parking Lot.
