BID #24-12 WATERTOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AIRCRAFT RESCUE AND FIRE FIGHTING (ARFF) EQUIPMENT

The project includes but is not limited the following approximate quantities: Purchase and delivery of various Airport aircraft rescue and fire fighting (ARFF) equipment.

Bid proposals must be made upon and in accordance with the bid documents. Contractors can view and or download bid documents directly from the internet at no cost beginning on Monday March 11, 2024, by accessing McFarland Johnson, Inc. Bid Portal at

Under the Project Name:

“Watertown International Airport Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) Equipment”

A voluntary pre-bid meeting and on site review of the project will be conducted by the County and has been scheduled for Thursday March 14, 2024 at 11:00 AM EST at the Business Center at the Watertown International Airport .

Bids will be received by the County until (Thursday April 11, 2024 2:30 PM EST) at the office of the Purchasing Department, 195 Arsenal Street, Watertown, New York 13601. Bids may not be submitted via fax or email, and all bids submitted must remain valid for up to ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening. No bids will be considered if received after the due date and time and the Purchasing Department shall assume no responsibility for the premature opening of any bid not properly addressed and identified.

Copies of this bid may be examined at the County Purchasing Department. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids received.
