Switchgear Hardware and Software Upgrade
Description:

Upgrade PLC's to M340 Unity with HMI, utilizing Windows 10 compatible current Iconics software including remote panel and upgrade two HMI's in the existing generator paralleling switchgear system. This includes updating the following: all drawings, software, communication, data map, O&M manual, and functionality test in the factory.

  • Verify system operation with existing hardware/software to ensure the system operates per the published sequence of operation
  • Install any components and wires in anticipation of the hardware upgrade
  • Update PLC, HMI hardware and software
  • Verify communications and mapping is correct
  • verify system sequences are load shares per installed program utilizing load bank
  • Install protective relay upgrade kits
  • Record system settings
  • Perform training as required

There will be a mandatory site visit 3/21/24 and questions will be due 3/28/24
