Description:

Binghamton University is looking to procure a High Speed Camera and Eye Tracking Equipment which will be used in a memory research lab that will investigate memory effects beyond those that can be explicitly declared.

Binghamton University intends to make an award under our discretionary authority,
pursuant to NYS Education Law 355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000 for the above
noted product. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above product,
