THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREAFTER, THE "AUTHORITY" OR "NYPA") INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A FIRM LUMP SUM PRICE PROPOSAL TO PERFORM CRANE RAIL REPLACEMENT AND PARAPET REALIGNMENT SERVICES LOCATED AT THE NIAGARA POWER PROJECT IN LEWISTON, NY.
