The State University of New York College at Potsdam intends to procure the listed Custodial Supplies as per specifications below, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a). A sealed bid will not be held.

1. Purpose and Objective

The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Custodial Supplies for SUNY Potsdam for a seven (7) month period from December 19, 2022 through June 30, 2023. The vendor with the lowest price quoted per case for each item will be awarded that item. All prices should be quoted FOB Destination and any miscellaneous charges should be included. Deliveries will typically be requested monthly.

1. Scope of Work

The successful vendor(s) will guarantee pricing through June 30, 2023 for the products below. The vendor will meet or exceed the product description and counts provided. SUNY Potsdam will guarantee minimum purchase of 65% of the estimated case counts provided, not to exceed 110%.

1. Response Guidelines

If the vendor quotes a product which has a different item count or box count per case, they will provide specific item counts and box counts for the product they are quoting and provide a sample of the substitute product to the Purchasing Office at 44 Pierrepont Ave, Potsdam, NY 13676, attention to Susan Cobb. VENDOR MUST COMPLETE ATTACHED FOIL (FREEDOM OF INFORMATION LAW) FORM AND RETURN WITH BID.

1. Proposal Format

Vendors shall submit proposals by email to case8736@plattsburgh.edu in PDF format. The subject line of the email should state the vendor’s name and: SUNY Potsdam- Quote for 22/23 Custodial Supplies. Completed responses must be received no later than Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 3:30PM EST.

Hand Soap- Purell 5077-02 OR 5072-02, 1200ml- 550 cases
