Battery Park City Authority d/b/a Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority (“BPCA”) requests proposals (individually a “Proposal” and collectively the “Proposals”) from production companies (individually a “Proposer” and collectively the “Proposers”) to provide BPCA with sound and stage production and equipment rental services to support a variety of outdoor concerts and other programs.

BPCA’s Parks Programming department manages over 1,000 events throughout the year with the majority held between May and October. The selected Proposer will assist with the production of outdoor events for programs that may include a variety of different musical acts. Information on past programs and venues can be found on BPCA’s website and social media pages.

Stage and sound production and equipment rental services shall include, but not be limited to: (1) audio technician services; (2) sound equipment; (3) music equipment; and (4) stage equipment. All Proposals must meet the requirements listed in the RFP. As stated in the RFP, firms interested in responding to the RFP must complete Proposal Submission Packet, found as Exhibit C to the RFP.

New York State-certified Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (“MBE”), Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“WBE”) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises (“SDVOB”) are encouraged to submit Proposals.
