Scope and Target Audience

The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and executing a social marketing campaign focused on promoting our SNAP-Ed Adult Nutrition Education Online Platform, Eat Easy. The campaign should provide training materials for Snap Ed staff on Eat Easy and promotional materials staff can provide to program community partners and our target audience.

Campaign Strategy:

Develop a comprehensive social marketing strategy that leverages various print and direct electronic marketing materials, such as email templates and newsletters, to effectively reach and engage the target audiences. Please see content creation guidelines for any social media in your proposal.

Content Creation:

Develop compelling and culturally resonant content that establishes a meaningful connection with adults eligible for SNAP benefits. Provide a detailed plan for any proposed social media content, specifying its relevance and outlining the mechanisms ensuring exclusive delivery to audiences eligible for SNAP benefits. Generate engaging electronic and print materials tailored for SNAP-Ed staff and program community partners. These materials should offer practical examples on how to effectively refer to and use the Eat Easy Platform while emphasizing the user-friendly nature of the online platform.

Collaboration and Partnerships:

Identify and establish collaboration with program community partners and relevant stakeholders to amplify the reach of the campaign. Potential stakeholders include staff at health clinics that serve SNAP Eligible populations located in areas of high need, food pantries, libraries, Department of Social Services Work Force Programs, and Schools located in Income Qualified Census Tracks.
