Description: The work of this single bid project includes, but not limited to the complete removal of approximately 3,500 linear feet of the existing campus loop road. Removals include, but are not limited to, existing asphalt top and binder courses, existing subbase material, subgrade removals to achieve new pavement section and profile, existing underdrains and stormwater structures. Installation of new subbase and asphalt pavement courses. Installation of new underdrains, catch basins and granite curbs. Complete restoration of disturbed areas including topsoil and seed. Implementation of stormwater erosion and sediment control systems throughout the duration of construction. The Installation of ADA detectable warning strips as well as the maintenance and protection of traffic throughout the duration of construction. Plans will be available after December 20, 2023 through Syracuse Blueprint (315-476-4048 & www.syracuseblueprintplanroom.com ).
A project walk-through has been scheduled for January 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., meeting at the Service Complex 100 Seymour Rd, Utica, NY 13502.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
