Description: Binghamton University is procuring 30 Thermal Test Chips from Nanotest. These can supply non-uniform heat so they can accurately simulate the non-uniform nature of real chips inside servers within data centers. SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law 355 (5) (a}, which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity / product or service.
