The NYS Office of Mental Health and Greater Binghamton Health Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance Service for Generators and Ancillary Equipment at Greater Binghamton Health Center located at 425 Robinson Street, Binghamton, NY 13904.

The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A Mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at 11:00 AM EST. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than January 10, 2023, at 3:00 PM EST. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Thursday, January 19, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on January 26, 2023.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, February 2, 2023.
