Description:

OPRHP’s Marine Services Bureau is seeking to procure ten (10) Personal Watercraft (PWC) and five (5) Double Place Trailers to replace vessels in our fleet that are aging out. The Marine Services Bureau works alongside and provides assistance to our partners in Law Enforcement who patrol the various waterways in New York State.

For this procurement, OPRHP requests that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE vendors where there is subcontracting availability. These efforts should be documented as you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken to include MWBE vendors if so requested.
