The United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC), a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and dispose of existing cooling tower fill and to furnish and install new for an existing BAC Tower Model 3648C at Two UN Plaza. The building is a Class A high-rise commercial office building located in east midtown Manhattan. The building will be occupied and operational throughout the duration of the project. The UNDC properties are managed by Cushman & Wakefield.

The minimum required qualifications are as follows:

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in this field.
• Licensed by the State and City of New York.
• Liability insurance of $10,000,000.
• A resume of current assignments in New York City at comparable Class A office buildings.

Interested companies must provide evidence of their qualifications and relevant experience including a minimum of five (5) references from high-rise commercial office buildings in New York City with contact information.
