It is the intention of the City of Syracuse, New York to secure the services of a professional EAP administrator to administer a successful employee assistance program for employees of the City of Syracuse and their dependents. Recognizing that the health and well-being of its employees is vital to the continued success of the City of Syracuse, the City desires to establish an employee assistance program to provide effective assistance to those individuals who are currently experiencing, or who are at risk of experiencing personal problems and to help the city deal more effectively with employees experiencing personal problems which may cause deterioration of job performance.
