Roswell Park Cancer Institute Corporation, d/b/a Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (“Roswell Park”) is seeking proposals from one or more qualified firms to provide Financial Advisory services as described herein for an initial term of up to 3 years, with two 1-year renewal options in favor of Roswell Park (for a total potential term of up to 5 years. The vendor(s) is /are expected to review, analyze, and recommend appropriate strategies that meet Roswell Parks’ capital management needs , including advis ing management and the Finance Committee on structuring new money and /or refunding scenarios of existing indebtedness . The selected firm(s) will be expected to work closely with Roswell Park’s management, investment bank(s) (to be determined), rating agencies (to be determined), financial institutions, external auditor, and other related parties in connection with the services. The bidders should demonstrate broad-based knowledge on to retail and institutional tax-exempt and taxable markets. Additionally, bidders should demonstrate debt market expertise.
