SUNY Plattsburgh is soliciting a Request for Qualifications for design services for renovation of and upgrades to the existing main dining facility in the Angell College Center and conversion of a portion of an existing adjacent space currently fit up as an ice cream venue and convenience store into a cafe/bakery. See attached document for an outline of the proposed area of impact, concept layouts and themes. The renovations will include approximately 14,000 square feet of space.

Fee shall be negotiated with the most qualified consultant. No cost proposals are to be submitted with the qualifications. Cost proposals will be requested only after a consultant selection is made.
