Metro-North Railroad (MNR) is seeking the services of a qualified and licensed elevator Contractor in the State of New York to provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform conditional assessment, scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, repairs, emergency services and planned component replacements on eleven (11) hydraulic elevators located in Mount Vernon East MNR Station (2 elevators), New Rochelle MNR Station (2 elevators), Larchmont MNR Station (2 elevators), Harrison MNR Station (2 elevators), Rye MNR Station (2 elevators), and Port Chester MNR Station (1elevator) in accordance with the attached specifications
