The work is to furnish all equipment, labor and materials to expand the existing golf driving range at the Audubon Golf course. Work will include minor site improvements to allow for installation of additional golf stations. New playing surfaces and sidewalk to consist of 4 inch reinforced concrete pavement to match existing driving range construction. Contractor is responsible to obtain all building permits (all fees waived). All Contractor work shall be as per the design plans and in accordance with the contract documents.
