This project consists of the construction of a sand storage building approximately 40'X 60'. The building will consist of a steel foundation pile system, concrete slab, concrete walls, and metal roof supported by wood trusses. A new electrical service to the building is required as well as power distribution for lighting and overhead door operation. The building will be heated. The project includes site work to install access pavement for operations vehicles.
