The New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES), through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), is seeking to acquire two (2) mobile props for Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Confidence, Firefighter Survival, and Fire Service Rapid Intervention training.
