The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Manhattan Psychiatric Center are seeking a qualified Contractor to undertake a Crushed Stone Installation project on the Bldg 106 parking area at Manhattan Psychiatric Center, located at 102 Rivers Edge Road, Ward's Island Complex, New York, NY 10035.

Interested vendors should review the attached IFB document, which includes the scope of work & instructions for submitting a bid in response to this solicitation.

A mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled for Monday, November 20, 2023 at 11:00am ET at the facility. Please register for the site visit by submitting the registration form, Attachment B, no later than Friday, November 17, 2023 by 3:00pm ET.

Bids will only be accepted from those vendors who attend the mandatory site visit.

All questions regarding the project or solicitation are to be submitted in writing per the instructions in the IFB document by Wednesday, November 22, 2023 by 3:00pm ET. Questions will be compiled by OMH and responses will be sent to vendors by Wednesday, November 29, 2023 and posted to this advertisement.

New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this solicitation. A copy of the Prevailing Wage Schedule is included in the IFB document.

Bids are due no later than Wednesday, December 6, 2023 by 3:00pm ET and must be submitted to bids@omh.ny.gov. No late bids will be accepted.
