House Demos at Green Lakes
Description:

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and fuel to complete the house demolitions at 7590 Green Lakes Road and 5814 North Manlius Street.

-Remove all material from house demolitions, demo to 24” below ground level

-Have septic tanks pumped, then filled with stone or crushed

-Level and cap area with 3” of screened topsoil
