SCOPE

This bid is to establish fixed pricing to furnish and deliver the specified Uponor ProPex Tubing and Fittings on an as needed basis for the County of Rockland.

Contract to be in effect for one year from the date of award with two (2) one (1) year option terms. Renewal terms are to be by mutual agreement by the County of Rockland and the Supplier.

The quantities listed on the proposal pages are estimates, items purchased will depend on the requirements of the Rockland County Department of Facilities Maintenance.
