Description: TOWN OF PETERSBURGH NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Town of Petersburgh hereby invites bid proposals for the following: GRAVEL AND ICE CONTROL SAND
Proposals will be received at the Petersburgh Town Hall until 11:00 A.M. on April 14, 2023. Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope labeled “Gravel and Ice Control Sand” with the name of the bidder on the outside of the envelope. All bids received will be opened and read aloud at 11:45 AM on April 14, 2023. All bidders must comply with the General Municipal Law, Sect. 103. The Town of Petersburgh reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to waive any informalities discovered herein.
