Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a single vendor proposal for on-demand consulting for DEA notifications in reporting loss/thefts of controlled substances; conduct ongoing initial and mid-term on-site pharmacy reviews that audit the past two years compliance with Federal and State Controlled Substances Act, conduct the Biennial Inventory in digital and DEA recommended formats, conduct review of various high-utilization departments and provide a written report of all audit activities. Supplier will be used to ensure compliance to Federal and State Controlled substances Act and to ensure correction of any noted violations as well as inform Roswell Park any deadlines or changes in federal or state controlled substances regulations to ensure compliance with the updated regulations.
