The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number 091102 titled Alumni Field House – Update Controls until 2:00 p.m. local time on April 3, 2024, at the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

All work on this Contract is to be completed by October 15, 2024.

In order for your bid to be accepted, you must have purchased the bid documents from the above location. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Contract documents can be purchased from Dataflow for $80.00 with check or credit card. Digital copies can be purchased for $49.00. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.

Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
