VILLAGE OF ENDICOTT NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Village Clerk at the Endicott Municipal Building, 1009 East Main Street, Endicott, New York 13760 until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 , at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for construction of a Village Barn for the Endicott Street Department at 104-108 Jennings Street, Endicott, NY 13760.

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and shall be marked:

VILLAGE OF ENDICOTT STREET DEPARTMENT VILLAGE BARN

Beginning Monday, September 18, 2023, the Contract Documents and Plans may be examined at the office of the Village Clerk, Endicott Municipal Building, 1009 East Main Street, Endicott, NY 13760 (Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM).

Copies may be obtained upon payment of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per set at the Village Clerk’s office at the Endicott Municipal Building, 1009 East Main Street, Endicott, New York 13760 (Monday - Friday 7:30AM- 4:00PM).

A digital version of the Prevailing Wage Schedule (PRC# 2023008568 - Village Barn) and other project related information may be obtained from the NYSDOL website at:

A bid guarantee in the form of certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal will be required of all bidders.
