The State University of New York at New Paltz (SUNY New Paltz) is currently soliciting quotes for Gym Floor Resurfacing Services and Maintenance. A mandatory site-visit is scheduled for Friday, July 7, 2023 (and/or Friday, July 14, 2023) at 10:00 am to permit prospective vendors the opportunity to review all flooring requirements. This classification of services, performed on a State University Campus, requires Prevailing Wage Rates. All terms and conditions are detailed in the RFQ document.

Gym Floor Resurfacing includes: Furnishing all materials, equipment and labor needed to completely resurface, repair and repaint approximately 16,700 sq.ft. of gymnasium flooring and provide annual maintenance services for an additional 16,095 sq.ft. of gymnasium flooring in our Athletic Wellness Center and Elting Gymnasium. A combined estimate of over 32,000 sq.ft.
