Intent:
The following specification is to set forth the requirements for a Rental of One 50’x 60’x 24 high “Dancefloor” type Scaffold; or Yonkers approved equal for the Barack Obama Auditorium. This will be for an approximate two week period. The Board of Education (BOE) Maintenance Department will be repairing and painting the Auditorium ceiling which is 24 feet high.

Vendor Responsibility:

• Equipment must be furnished, delivered and installed.
• Bidders shall state the manufacturer, make, and model number they are offering on the BID SCHEDULE OF PRICES. Bidders who propose to furnish any “equal” products in response to RFB-7041A should include with their bid all pertinent technical information and technical specifications necessary for demonstrating the products’ ability to meet the same form and function as those specified. If bidding an “OR EQUAL”, detailed specification sheets should accompany each bid submission. Final approval of all “OR EQUAL” items will be determined by the Board of Education (BOE) School Facilities Management Department.

Delivery and Hours of Operation:
Delivery will be made to Barack Obama School Main Entrance– Auditorium, 201 Palisade Ave., Yonkers, NY 10703. Delivery needs to be made after 3:00pm MONDAY-FRIDAY.
Any special arrangements shall be requested and approved through the BOE School Facilities Management Department.
